Our mission is to empower individuals with Autism and ADHD by providing inclusive social, educational, and community-based resources designed by those with Autism for the Autism community. We serve adults and children in Arizona, with a main focus on Casa Grande and the surrounding areas. Ensuring they are seen, heard, and fully included in community life. We advance this mission by partnering with local businesses to promote accessibility, offering training on inclusive practices, and providing sensory-friendly tools that support comfort and participation. Together we can work to build a more inclusive Arizona where every individual can thrive.

The Heart of P.L.S.
Led by a dedicated collective of neurodivergent advocates, we facilitate inclusive spaces for the Autism and ADHD community. Our objective centers on eliminating the social barriers and establishing community bonds through social opportunities and community outreach
Founder and CEO
Diagnosed with Autism and ADHD at the age of seven, and those early challenges shaped her resilience and purpose. Overcoming hardships taught her to transform adversity into advocacy. With a strong sense of justice and a natural drive for leadership, Jessie founded Peace Love Stim to uplift and empower neurodivergent individuals. Her work is fueled by a deep passion for helping others find their voice and their confidence. Every day, she strives to create a world where people like herself are understood, supported, and celebrated.

Director of Operations also serves as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
As the husband of Peace Love Stim’s founder, he has dedicated himself to advocating for her mission and the community it represents. "My years as a firefighter in New York shaped my commitment to service, compassion, and selfless leadership." That experience taught him how to stay steady in crisis and step up for those who need support the most. He brings that same drive into our nonprofit, helping guide outreach events that connect, educate, and uplift people with disabilities.

Marc Bodnar is the proud grandfather of an autistic grandson, and has witnessed firsthand the power of acceptance, understanding, and meaningful opportunities for individuals on the autism spectrum. In his own words:
"I look forward to supporting the organization mission and helping expand opportunities that foster inclusion, connection, and a stronger community for individuals and families affected by autism.
I am grateful for the opportunity to serve alongside such dedicated people and to contribute to a cause that is deeply meaningful to me and my family.
I am also very fortunate to know Jessie Sala, a remarkable high-functioning adult with Autism. Along with her husband, Frank Sala, Jessie co-founded Peace Love Stim Inc., a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to providing an inclusive environment through social, educational, and community-based
opportunities for individuals with autism and other developmental differences in Casa
Grande, Arizona, and the surrounding communities.
Their passion, vision, and commitment to making a meaningful difference have inspired
me, and I am honored that I have accepted a position on the
Board of Peace Love Stim Inc."
Daniel Fazzino

I am deeply honored to serve on the board of Peace Love Stim. My commitment to this
organization is rooted in both personal experience and a profound respect for its founders and mission.Throughout my career, I’ve served in numerous leadership positions, including building my own non-profit aimed at supporting similar goals and serving as a board member and secretary for
another non-profit organization. I bring this practical experience in governance, operations, and organizational strategy to Peace Love Stim to help ensure our foundation remains strong as we grow.
My goal on this board is to bring every resource, skill, and piece of heart I have to ensure Peace Love Stim succeeds in every endeavor it undertakes.
As a long-time paramedic and a father to a special needs son with a rare syndrome, I understand firsthand the daily joys, unique challenges, and critical needs of the families we serve. Having worked alongside Frank Sala in emergency services, I know his character inside and out. He is someone I would trust not only with my life, but with my son’s. Combined with Jessie Sala’s incredible vision, dedication, and alignment with the autistic community, I truly could not imagine better, more compassionate leaders guiding this work.
Deb Baughman
Director of Philanthropy
Deb Baughman brings a deep commitment to community service and a diverse leadership background to PLS, Inc.
She has advocated for students and families and strengthened youth programs as treasurer for both youth and high school football boards.
Her experience in grant writing, fundraising, and donor engagement supports PLS, Inc.’s mission to uplift autistic individuals and their families.
Deb most recently owned and operated Poppin with a Purpose Kettlecorn with her husband, Tom an effort rooted in giving back. Together, they donated profits to Casa Grande organizations in need, demonstrating their belief that small businesses can be powerful vehicles for community change.
Deb enjoys time with family and friends, exploring local restaurants and markets, and appreciating the serenity of life in a 55+ community.

Tom Baughman
Director
Tom Baughman is a recently retired electrician with 30 years of hands‑on expertise and a strong commitment to community inclusion.
As co‑owner of Poppin with a Purpose, Tom helped build a business centered on generosity, service, and supporting families including those in the autism community.
He is a proud ally and friend to individuals on the autism spectrum, showing up with compassion, patience, and a willingness to learn and advocate.
A self‑taught wire artist, Tom transforms scrap copper into jewelry and home décor, blending creativity with sustainability. In retirement, he enjoys disc golf, golf outings, learning guitar, and spending time with loved ones.
Ellie Adams
Secretary
Ellie Adams serves as Secretary for Peace Love Stim.
Ellie’s passion for giving back to her community is what initially drew her to the organization. As a local business owner, she is proud to provide a home for Peace Love Stim as a vendor in her shop, with proceeds helping support programs, activities, and field trips for autistic children and their families.
Giving back is an important part of Ellie’s life. She is actively involved in supporting her local school food pantry, helping ensure children experiencing food insecurity have access to food when they need it most. She also volunteers with another local 501(c)(3) organization that provides meals to individuals experiencing homelessness in the community.
Ellie believes that small acts of kindness can make a lasting difference, and she is proud to be part of organizations that bring people together to support children, families, and neighbors in need.
